I have over seven years of working in digital marketing and communications for a wide range of businesses, charities and organisations.

  • I have experience designing and leading Digital Fundraising Campaigns, as well as tracking and reporting their progress.

    My specialism is in Individual Giving, and the growth and stewardship of that supporter base.

    Previous projects I’ve worked on has included:

    • Creating and implementing a 12 week ‘Handraiser’ Digital Mobilisation campaign with a 300% ROAS for a national children’s charity

    • Creating and implementing all communications for a charities’ yearly Big Give campaign

    • Creating ‘always on’ social media ads for direct donation

    • Regular stewardship of Individual Giving donors via email

  • I have over seven years of Social Media marketing experience, working across all platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Whether it's organic content or paid campaigns, I can help you make the most of these platforms.

    Previous projects I’ve worked on have included:

    • Working with the Living Wage Foundation to create and deliver organic social media across their platforms

    • Working with The Coast is Queer Literary Festival to create and deliver a four week ad campaign on Meta to promote the festival

    • Working with Magic Breakfast to plan social media advertising and organic campaigns, with a specific target in mind. Most recently, a handraiser campaign resulting in a 400% ROS and 10,000 email opt ins.

    • Editing and optimising video content for all platforms for a variety of organisations.

    • Community management for one of the UK's leading homelessness charities

  • I can work with you to optimise your website, using analytics to give advice on user journeys, layouts, content and plugins. I have worked with various CMS platforms including Wordpress, Magento and Squarespace.

  • From regular newsletter campaigns, to targeted sales emails I can help you get the most out of your email contacts. I can help you build targeted and segmented audience lists, set up email templates and create copy and content for your campaigns.

  • Whatever platform it is for, content needs to be carefully curated to meet your end goals. I can help you make the most out of your existing content, as well as creating new content. I’m proficient at using Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.

    • Collecting case studies from service users of a leading homelessness charity for use on websites, social media and press articles

  • I use multiple approaches to measure the success of previous and running campaigns, as well as scoping out future ones. Using Google Analytics 4, social media reporting and listening tools, as well as inbuilt CMS reporting tools such as Mailchimp reporting, you can gain a bigger picture of what success should look like for you and your organisation.

    • Regular reports to managers and CEO’s about digital campaigns

    • Using analytics to find the best hashtags, times to post and content to post for social media

    • Stewarding an email working group by presenting current performance statistics and providing best-practice advise for future email campaigns.

    • Advising on the best metrics to reflect the success of a campaign

    • Analysing donor behaviour on digital platforms to inform adverts, posts and emails going forward

    • Training others on reporting tools.

Working with an experienced freelancer can be different than building your own in house marketing team, or working with an expensive agency. Some of the benefits include:

  • Not having to invest in expensive equipment or software. I bring everything I need to complete the job, whether that’s editing software, social media scheduling software or just my own laptop.

  • Not having to provide office space. I can work anywhere, but spend most of my working hours from home. I can meet you online, in your workspace, or a local cafe to have meetings. I’m currently based in London, but can work with anyone in the UK.

  • You only have to pay me for the hours I do, and these hours can be flexible. Need two hours a week support, or help for just one standalone project? No problem.

  • With over 6 years experience, I have the skills you need. No need to train up employees
